The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is planning the construction of a new swimming pool facility at Phoenix High School in Hammersmith, London. The works also include the replacement of a school technology block. The Contracting Authority has already appointed a design team up to tender stage, to include the preparation of a planning application, and is now seeking expressions of interest from contractors to complete the detailed design and undertake construction of the works.
